The problem

You forgot your friend's birthday. Again. You saw it on Instagram stories at 11pm, typed "happy birthday!!" and felt awful about it.

Or worse — you remembered, but had no idea what to write. So you sent the same "Happy birthday! Wishing you all the best!" you send everyone.

Calendars don't help. You set a reminder, it fires at 9am while you're in a meeting, you swipe it away, and it's gone.
